Black Wraith - Grayscaleby ~Roguehill

Here are the grayscale art for Jamie Gambell's Black Wraith cover. I really enjoyed working out how to show the kind of transparency I wanted with the copic markers in this one.
I feel like I'm close to getting the grayscale just the way I want it....but I've got miles to go in the Photoshop coloring department. Part of me wants to just start laying watercolors down on the original art...but I'm chicken. We'll see.

Anyway, in this piece, I used pencil, colored pencil, and warm gray copic markers.

It would be cool to see you experiment with watercolors on the originals by the way, but I think the greyscale of this and the colored versions already look killer!

Odd question, how much would a commission from you cost?
